Office of Frank Lloyd Wright Cat House

Cat House designed for the daughter of Gerald Tonkens for whom Frank Lloyd Wright designed a residence in Cincinnati Ohio [C.1954]. According to the owner of this residence , Mr. Wright described over the phone to Mr. Thomas Olson, the site supervisor, his vision of the design of this cat house -'Felis Catus'. Mr. Olson's original delineation of this house is also included.
Provenance: Gerald Tonken's daughter ; Domino's Pizza Collection of Frank Lloyd Wright; current owner.

Very good overall condition with random losses of paint to the original cherokee red surface. Flagpole has been replaced. The drawing has some creasing.
